一、课程性质、目的与任务
1. 课程性质
《国际贸易》是国际经济与贸易专业学生的专业主干课,也是其他经济学、管理学专业学生学习了解国际贸易基本理论和知识的一门重要课程。在经济全球化浪潮日益高涨的今天,我国与其他国家的经济联系越来越紧密,企业的生产经营活动已成为国际分工体系的一部分,中国的外贸依存度(进出口总额与GDP之比)已超过70%,远高于美国、日本等发达国家,很显然,每个中国大学生、特别是经济和管理专业的学生,应当学习掌握一定的国际贸易基本理论和基本知识,对时刻影响着我们经济生活的对外贸易活动给予更多的关注,才能更全面深刻地理解分析有关社会经济现象。
2. 课程教学目的
本课程以国际经济学为基础,分析研究国际商品和服务贸易与国际要素流动的基本原理和影响因素。介绍从古典到当代的自由贸易理论,了解国际分工原理、绝对优势和比较优势贸易理论、要素禀赋理论、H—O定理的拓展、要素价格均等化原理、里昂惕夫悖论、产业内贸易理论和产品生命周期理论等;介绍贸易保护主义理论及其政策工具,分析国际贸易政策手段的经济效应,关税的保护程度和关税结构,非关税壁垒的种类及其经济效应;探讨汇率形成机制、汇率政策与国际收支的影响因素;分析跨国公司的投资战略与各国政府对于国际投资的政策;介绍世界贸易组织的宗旨与基本原则,分析WTO的制度框架特点和主要职能;介绍技术贸易、国际工程承包、国际加工贸易等国际经济技术合作形式及其不同特点;分析区域经济合作的动力及其经济效应,介绍欧盟、东盟、北美自由贸易区等区域经济一体化组织的发展状况及问题;分析当代国际贸易出现的新特点、新趋势和面临的主要问题等。出现的新特点、新趋势和面临的主

通过这门课程的学习,使学生可以对国际贸易产生、发展和目前运作机制以及影响国际贸易的相关因素和内外条件有比较全面系统的了解。学习时间安排以48个课时为宜。

三、教学方法手段
1.课程的教学方法
采用讲解国际贸易实事,案例分析与讨论;课堂教学、课内实验以及教师指导下的自主学习。
2.教学手段
布置课后作业、课上随机考查相结合的方法。
四、课程考核方法
(1)过程考核:考核方式与课程成绩50%,包括:课堂表现、出勤情况、平时课堂问答作业等;平时提问、作业:每学期2-3次作业,要求作业量适中,对所学知识点要有针对性,批改要认真,并且由任课教师及时在成绩册上进行纪录,和日常课堂提问一起作为以后核算平时成绩的依据
(2)期末考试:考核方式与课程成绩50%,期末考核方式包括:理论笔试(闭卷)。
1、A卷和B卷,由上课教师统一出题,教研室主任、系主任审核把关,保证出题质量。题型有计算题、案例分析题、综合题、业务流程题等题型,以考核学生的综合知识和具体问题具体分析的能力为主。
2、A卷为正考卷,考试通不过者,参加B卷补考机会。
五、其他
(一)作业及自主学习要求
教学基本上采用课堂讲授,课后学生做练习题的讲练方法。平日成绩有日常作业、阶段测验或者期中考试、课堂讨论和课堂纪律等,根据一定比重计算得出, 书面作业2次,作业单独完成,作业采取全批、全改、课堂讲解的办法处理。本课程采用考试形式,作业与课堂讨论占课程成绩的50%,期末考试占50%。
